Dissolution of the American Family

Through a series of duplicated drawings, this work documents the deconstruction of a handmade image. Beginning with an original photograph, each sequential image is drawn from its predecessor, with the intention of perfect replication. As the drawings progress, human error becomes an obstacle in creating the perfect image.
